Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will email you and refund that line in full.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order ships.
Product descriptions
Candles are hand-poured, so colour and surface texture vary slightly between batches. Burn times are estimates based on a 4-hour burn cycle.
Safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets and draughts. Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn and stop burning when 10mm of wax remains.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
