We ship to Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and Japan with DHL eCommerce, 7–14 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight. Duties and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
Import restrictions: some destinations restrict particular categories of goods. Orders seized by customs are not refundable, so please check your local rules before ordering.
Returns
Thirty days, unused and in the original packaging. Email us and we will send a prepaid label; the refund lands once it is back.
Defective or damaged on arrival? Send a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full — no need to ship it back.

If tracking has not moved for seven days, tell us. We will reship or refund — you should not have to chase a carrier on our behalf.
