Before you email about an order
Include your order number (it looks like #1234) and the email you used at checkout. It cuts a day off the back-and-forth.
Knives and customs
Some countries restrict the import of fixed-blade or folding knives. Check your local rules before ordering — we cannot refund a parcel that customs has seized.
