What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address and phone number, plus the order contents. Payment details are entered directly into Stripe and never touch our servers — we only receive the last four digits, the card brand and a transaction ID.
Why we collect it
To fulfil your order, to email you about it, to handle returns, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. If you opt in to our newsletter we also use your email to send occasional studio updates; every one has a one-click unsubscribe.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of first-party cookies to remember your cart and your session. If analytics or advertising pixels are enabled, they are listed here: [list your tools].
Who we share with
Stripe (payments), our shipping carrier, our email platform, and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@abackercore.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe.
